Prior to start: get an extensive dynamic warmup


ONE TOUCH PASSING

  • 75 reps with the right foot

  • 75 reps with the left foot

  • No restrictions

  • 200 reps or 4 minutes

  • Kill it, shift it then pass

  • 100 reps
