Parent Resources
GS Elite is designed for serious players who want thoughtful, consistent support in their development. This page is here to help you understand what your athlete receives, what we ask of them, and how you’re included along the way.
We care deeply about each player we work with. This is a relationship, not a program, and we take pride in guiding athletes through their growth month by month.
What Your Athlete Receives
A 6-month membership (auto-renewing) that allows real development to happen over time
An Initial Development Meeting where we review goals, set expectations, and map out their full schedule (club, games, other activities)
A custom training plan built around the phase of their season (in-season, out-of-season, pre-season)
Weekly check-in calls led by us to talk through training, games, progress, and questions
Daily access to reach out whenever guidance is needed
Three in-person training sessions
An assigned mentor who knows them, supports them, and walks with them through the process
This isn’t about random workouts. It’s about steady, guided development with coaches who are invested in their progress.
What We Ask of Parents:
Your role is important, and simple:
Allow your athlete to be in the driver’s seat of their development
Trust our mentors to guide and support your child through this process
You’ll be kept informed through consistent communication so you can support in the right way without having to manage the process.
What We Ask of Players:
For this to work, players are expected to:
Take ownership of their development
Be fully present at meetings and weekly calls
Complete their goal sheet and calendar before the Initial Development Meeting
Communicate openly with their mentor about performance, setbacks, and growth
Trust a process built on long-term development, not quick fixes
What You Can Expect From Us
You can expect us to:
Give full effort to supporting and guiding your athlete
Share first-hand experience from mentors who have lived this path
Provide monthly email updates so you always know how your athlete is progressing and what they’re working toward
